End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CheckApp, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. License Grant
CheckApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for its intended purpose—managing medical records and facilitating healthcare services.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Medical professionals must hold valid licenses in their respective fields.
4. Subscription & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. CheckApp reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice to subscribers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CheckApp are owned by the company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
6. Limitation of Liability
CheckApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
